Ordered an Oil Bud oil cooler for my Rocker. Cleaver idea for location and I like the use of "AN" fittings!!

I have always been a big fan of oil cooler's. I have a different brand than yours but the main thing is the oil is being cooled. Do you have a Temp gauge so you can note the difference and monitor your bike's temp's? I figured what the heck and threw one in. I am pleased with the results and I think it's a wise investment, IMO.

Just wondering.... what is the temp of U guys oil...

I've though about a cooler, but Here in IND, which is at worse equal to both of Ur climates.

Point is after I did stg1 and tuned her, temp dropped from 250 to 240 at the 1k service.

After 10-15k miles she cooled a little more toe 235..

But when I did cams AS both of U have done and more my average oil temp is now 215-220 and with SYN oils I now don't really see the need for a Cooler..

I sit in traffic on 95 for 15 minutes and the oil temps climb well above 270. Oil coolers are a necessity here in FL.

Mine runs 200 degrees give or take a few. I hit 210 on the worst of days in slight traffic. High compression motor so I will shed a few degrees anywhere and anytime I can, then anyway I can get rid of them I will. Before I put it on my bike was running 225 to 235 depending on how and where I was riding it. With that 200, 210 I now get I'm just cruising around.

Last fall when I got the bike and in near stock trim the temps were in the normal range of 210-220. I just want to be on the safe (and cooler) side after the 51hp gain it received last month.

Well no matter what anyone say's, you sure can't ever hurt a bike with one!!!
