I guess my bike couldn't read your charts either. Its looks good on paper, but they were useless on my Heritage. Okay, so if it worked for others, then great, but it doesn't work for all. You said it yourself in one of your emails, that your insert had not been tested on an EFI Heritage Classic. I was open minded and gave them a try because you made certain assertions, but in the real world, a set of washers would have worked just as well. You gotta take praise as well as criticism Kevin.

Woah! Just noticed that! Wow, we printed a whole batch of charts with the wrong scaling. Wish I would have noticed that before putting all the notes in there.

I was too focused on the Torque curve.

Thanks for pointing this out. Gotta re-print 20+ charts now with the correct scaling.

(it does not change torque curve or comparison or top #'s, but it does affect where the curve is in the RPM band).

You are absolutely correct, we welcome criticism more than praise, that is how we learn to do better.

I went back and looked at your posts, it seems you had trouble fitting the proper size in your pipes?

I did not see those posts before...impossible for me to read every post on the forum. But we do read & respond to every email and PM. Send me an email at Kevin@DKCustomProducts.com , we can make arrangements for you to ship back what you did not use for a refund. We want only happy Customers.

When we first came out with these we did not expect them to work in every build, there are so many different configurations.

As time went by, we were truly surprised at how well they improved performance (especially on $ per ft-lb ratio) on a variety of different bikes and builds, especially the high dollar 2-1 systems.

We have hundreds that have written us about how well they worked on their bikes, and less than 5 that have written that they have not been happy with them.

I understand (and will communicate this better in the future) that there are some configurations that will not be helped, but that is different from them being useless.

Here are a couple of threads of folks that have used them and experienced good results-

We re-printed the Dyno Charts with the correct scaling.

Thank you again for pointing that out!
