Blackline tag bracket
i must be missing something here...i am removing my tag bracket and relocating the tag to a vertical axle mount. i have removed the plastic mount, but i am stuck on removing the metal frame...is it welded to the underside fender frame, or am i just having a brain fart? any help would be great, thanks!

Its attached to the whole bracket that runs up under the fender. Just take the fender bolts out and remove the bracket, then you can cut or whatever the tag holder off the bracket, then put the bracket back..or not, youll see once you get it off.
