Yes sir they are. Here in the states theres only 2 ways to get em, either flatlandmc (google it I dont know the adress) or custom chrome which I personally would stay away from usually due to lower end quality but in this case these are made in the same factory and sold under diffrent distributors. In fact the quality on these is pretty damn good but it comes with flat black springs so be prepared to pay for a new set of chrome springs if thats your taste.
