Default Vintage Tires?

Anyone running vintage style tires. I'm looking into Shinko E240 Classic or Avon Safety Mileage MkII.

I wanna know how they handle (dry and wet), how long they last, basically pro's and con's.

Discuss.

I ran the Avon Speedmaster on my Springer last year. Not the exact tire your asking about, but one of Avons Vintage tires. I loved it. Lasted forever. I sold the bike with the tire still on it. I also have good luck with Shinko. Running their regular whitewall now. Again, not the exact tire your asking about, but I have not had issues with something close in the brand you ask. I would say as long as your not a knee dragger, you'll enjoy them. Guys who corner carve would light them on fire before sticking such a dated tread design on their motorcycles. I just like how they look.
