Ok long story short dad had to replace his belt well he forgot a bolt and broke the primary case. Ordered a new one got it all back together and know it has this whining noise sounds like the front hub. He has a manual and put everything back together as per. Any ideas what to look for?

 

Did he replace all the bolts that hold it on? Possible one of those was bent throwing something out of alignment. Chain aligned properly? Rotor and stator aligned? Just throwing ideas out there. Compensator tight?

 

any rub marks on the belt?
