Default wheels from 08 fit 06?

my buddy has a set of spoke wheels that he will sale me for $400. i dont want to have to redo bearings etc and i will actually sell the rear (17") i already have a 16" with new tire. but is the bearing size different. he didnt know. i know at some time they went to a 25mm instead of 3/4? but wasnt that just on the rear. i know mine is a 3/4 front and rear. man coming from a sportster and learning a whole new bike is rough. but thats what you guys are here for.

25mm front and rear on the 08. Bearing swap is a pretty easy job...I wouldn't let that deter you.

06 front and rear 3/4", in '07 the front is 25mm but the rear is 3/4". In '08 the rear went to 25mm as well.

Is the outer race diameter the same for those years? (i.e. the hub seat is the same).

Did Harley go to tubeless laced wheels then?

Watch out for later years laced wheels with loose spokes btw.

Not sure on the hubs so I'd rather not put disinformation out there, but the info on the axle sizes is spot on.
