Just kiddin, man. Nice job!

I like the front turn siggy relocate and the 2/1 exhaust especially.
LoL i appreciate it man i actually forgot the grips... they were used from the forum classifieds lol.. The turn signal relocate i have to admit isn't a real mod. I just took them off the levers and bolted them in place until i got around to doing the real thing. Close up it looks like a mess but from a far it looks good lol.

I wanted to keep it... more bobber looking with thick wheels... thats why i went with 18's to try to keep some meat on the wheel. I actually wanted to go with DNA with spokes ... seeing ur deluxe kinda makes me regret it but im too lazy to worry about leaks.

I'm glad i'm still the only Slim with the freight train headlight, that i know of anyways. so thanks! ha.

I'd say pulley (Powder coated cover or new one) and lower belt guard and you're done done done.... til later-ish. *wink face

Quick question: what tires are those? michelin commander II's? are they 160's but fit like a 150? whatever they are, they fill that fender!... i guess the SS helps a little...

SICK. congrats!
Ronin by the time i got around to working on the headlights i broke the bank lol. The tires are metzler 880. on a 18 you can put a 160 and it fits like a 150. And dude... i need the mustang i did a 300 day trip and the next day my lower back hurt.

Hey thanks a lot, i kind of stumbled on this exhaust. The name freedom performance drew me in. It sits up higher and does the job

Appreciate it man. Hogpro... these 2 wheels cost more than any 4 wheels i put on a car but they look quality and hogpro seems like they will stand behind their ****.

Lol thanks they are really pricey... i was gonna go with the DNAs.... they were really budget friendly... i just didn't want to deal with any future problems

Hey its not a front turn signal kit... ill take some closer pictures later... it actually doesn't look pretty up close. I went to the HD dealer for a TS relocate kit and they couldn't do it. So i went to Ace to get the same bolt but a little extended. I just took them off with the same bracket it had attached to the levers and put them down near the forks where the tins mount to.

oh and just a random PSA. i've had new tires... got this bike with new tires too... but i got the metzlers 880 on the new wheels... i took a turn at 10-15 mph and almost ate ****. The rear end slid under... my hand pulled the throttle and i went into a death wobble. Legs and feet flailing i pulled the clutch and got the throttle going and recovered. The first instinct was to actually ditch the bike when it was wobbling and i dont know why i held on... the only result was scratches on the bottom part of the primary cover.

Anyways just wanted to give a heads up. I've had new tires... and at that speed it should not have been a problem but who knows. WHen i got to my house i felt the tires.... and with bare hands on rubber it felt slick.

Just glad i was able to keep it and not lay it down. I thought i was being careful but not enough.

You could have just used a couple exhaust port studs (H-D p/n 16715-83)
They're 5/16" studs, and just the right length, with different threads on each half.
One coarse and one fine.
The coarse thread screws into your fork while the fine end accepts the turn signal housing perfectly... Very clean.
Edit: They're even long enough to use if you have the quick-detach windshield hardware installed.

Great job. Bike looks really nice.

How do you like the exhaust? I wear shorts when I ride to the gym and the pipe looks like it is positioned to potentially be a little painful in the leg area.

LoL its funny cuz i saw that thread after i did it. And i have to be honest. It looks bad up close but if you are a lane away you cant really see it. It actaully bothered me a lot that it 1. wasn't symmetrical and 2. didn't look how i imagined it. i just gave up and left it lol.
