Went for a ride stopped at a couple local hole in the walls
Thanks for sharing the bike pics. This thread is about photographing your bike in a particular place/with something in particular, etc. The current challenge (see post 1379) is your bike at a drag strip. The usual criteria is your glasses on the seat (GOS). The person who posts the photo usually includes some background on the place/thing, etc. Makes for a nice ride and we all get a little knowledge.
It's funny that every couple of pages some noob jumps in and thinks that it is an opportunity to post a picture of their bike. It's almost entertaining now...

I'm just a noob here, but you long-time super-posters seemed to be having trouble with this one.
1/8 mile Paridise Dragstrip in Calhoun, Georgia. Opened in 1961, IHRA sanctioned at one time. Here's their site: http://www.paradisedragstrip.net/
Their christamas tree wasn't up, so I guess technically it's just a picture of my bike, but I got to make a a 90 mile ride on a gorgeous November afternoon, I count that as a win.

My comment was referring to the posts & posters that have absolutely nothing to do with this contest, not bashing all noobs.

yzergod, no disrespect intended. I've been following this thread for a few weeks, and decided to dive in today. With only 14 posts under my belt, the timing of your noob comment was just too perfect for me not to jump on it.
Speaking of Christmas trees: Your bike in front of a Toys-for-Tots (or similar) drop off location, with glasses and the toy you're going to donate on the seat.
