Softtail Photo Game Thread
Gotta dust off the ol' Softail, take it off the battery tender and go roast the rear tire (a new one is waiting in the shed already).
I'll try to find a historical landmark soon if nobody claims it.
Btw, what is this "snow" thing you talk about?
We rode to Sugar Land, TX today where the Imperial Sugar Factory is located. Imperial Sugar was founded in 1843 and until 1988. this was their only factory. This factory was shut down in 2001; however, it has been declared a historic landmark, complete with museum.
As usual, I forgot to put my helmet, sunglasses and gloves on the seat; however, my boyfriend took pictures of me holding my helmet, wearing my gloves and sunglasses, and I am sitting on the seat. Hope that works.
Oh, and the first picture shows a great view of my new Freedom Shield windshield.
The sign is for the museum.
Factory and offices.
Silos for the sugar cane.

Historical Marker
Cornerstone depicting year this building was built.
Firepit with cast iron cauldron for boiling down the sugar cane.
If acceptable - Tis the season, so surely someone can find a nice light display to showcase their Softail.
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
Since today marks then end of the Holiday Season, and lights are coming down, I am changing the challenge.
This is winter and I know there are a lot of people further north that cannot get out and ride. But - if by chance any of you have a day where you can get out to meet a challenge, it might help with the winter blues.
And there are many people down south who can get out and ride.
So . . . I'm going to make this another easy one:
A pic of your Softail at your favorite destination - 30 minutes or more from home.
Note that I said minutes and not miles. The purpose is to get you out there riding - even if only for an hour. Trust me, it's a great way to battle those winter blues and after holiday blues.
