I was recently riding my 2001 HD Fatboy when my electrical flickered and the bike died. I replaced my voltage regulator thinking that was it. It was not. My battery was good so I didn't replace it. I have then replaced my spark plugs and still the only thing it will do is turn over but won't start? Any suggestions on what to check next? Could it be the coil? I'm running out of ideas but don't really want to take it to Harley to have it looked at. That's my last resort. HELP!

You did'nt mention if you checked all the fuse?
Some could look good, but unless you pull it, you can't see the corrosion underneath.
Also, mine is a 2001 and the circuit breaker is built in (behind the cover in front of the swingarm) and you can't reset it manually, it does it on it's own after a few minutes or so depending on what triggered the overload.
