Mine does that with fuel injection and so does all the bikes I got even in the lower teens normal for a bike to stay at the rpm when first start for a minute or less

No codes, cables look to be operating properly. It is just something different from what I'm used to. Cleaned everything up real good when I did my build back in Feb, But I suppose something has gotten dirty and could be causing this. I give it a good going over this weekend.
