Do I need a turn signal relocation kit_sissybar
I have a 06 Softail Standard and looking at purchasing a detachable sissybar on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/111073950805...S:1123&vxp=mtr
Do you know if I would need a turn signal relocation kit for this? Would rather not purchase the sissybar if so!

I couldn't find the thread but all you have to do is cut the part off that hits the light. It's about 1/4 inch. Mine is black so it was easy to paint. I'm sure you can find something close to chrome to hide it.

+1 on trimming the sissy bar. Even if you don't get it perfect looks better than relocation kit, not to mention relo kit wiring is a minor pita. Wish I had heard of it before doing the wife's bike.
