I installed an Arlen Ness Lowering Kit

Love the stance and is more nimble now but stiff

Enjoy and comment

No offense, but your better offer getting adjustable air socks on that softie.
The lowering links just compress your shocks and keep them there. Hence the stiffer ride.
You just took away about 2" of travel on your bike.

I'd take the +2" of travel and comfort if your keeping the bags on. Just my $.02

It does get pretty stiff at 2 inches lower with bolts.

I did a little over 1 inch on my Slim and found that to be the sweet spot. You fill up the rear fender nicely, and when sitting on the bike, you're down about 1.5 inches at that point.

Good thing about the Ness kit, which I also use, you can search in increments for the sweet spot you like. And the price, too.

A good way to offer feedback on your bike would be a profile shot of it at midday. It's kinda hard to see how low she is with the pics provided. IMHO.
