some heat (sun or hairdryer) and some fishing line or dental floss to cut through the double sided tape. Remove remaining sticky stuff with WD40 or other goo removing things
Congrats man!! My Breakout is my first "true" Harley also. (had a few choppers in my day) Love it so far and have done a lot of the same mods as you...same pipes, LED's, went with a roland sands and vision power though. I can see I will have 30k into it before I am done!! Luckily most of the stuff I want to do isnt available as of yet!! LOLOL (wanna change the seat, rear fender)
Right. The girlfriend's hairdryer will be getting a decent workout on the reflectors as soon as I get home. I'm all for safety but they just don't look right. The LED's are interesting though. What's the main driver? Higher visibility, lower power demand and turning the indicators into running lights yeah?
