Yes. Cowboy HD in Beaumont. Maybe I should've went to San Jac which is only 30 minutes from my house. I bought it from Cowboy bc the Chrome guy Bryan seems like a good guy and the Master mechanic Walt really seems to know his stuff! BUT when this issue came up on day three I called the salesman and ask what his customer service after the sale was like. I explained to him what was going on and if he could get involved, maybe let the GM know and try to get this resolved. My salesman called me back and said this (as I quote):
"I talk to my GM about this and he said that this is a service issue and that my job was to sell you the bike and that I've done my job". Then he asked me if I wanted him to transfer me to the service dept! I was stunned!! I know "some" sales people really feel that way but I've never had one just come right out and say it!
Sure makes me appreciate my small local dealer even more. The GM is the sales guy and every one in the place knows you, all 5 of them.LOL Sorry you having the problem with your oil bag. It should of be caught before the bike left the dealer or better yet the factory. Hope it ends well.
