Default Harley Customer Service

Hello, is there a secret password or something I do not know about to get Customer Services to reply to a request?
Earlier this year I imported a water damaged Fat Boy to Scotland.
The bike is now running great (total crank up rebuild) and is ready for the very short Scottish summer.
Problem is to register the bike I need Harley to confirm the vin number, just a letter stating the vin is a Harley FLSTFI 2005 (not a lot to ask )
I have written twice sent the Reassignment Supplement which is in my name, but no reply.
Any suggestions on how to get them to reply.
Thanks exhausted VERY

Have you tried calling Harley customer service?
My experience has been that Harley's doesn't do well with email requests.

It's probably because the 1400 baud modem they have hooked up to their 286 runs a bit slow sometimes. Something about AOL being unreliable from what I hear.
