The slim has been out a while now, did they ever make detachable sissy bar and hardware for it?
My sissy bar comes on and off in 30 seconds and only use when I go 2up with the wife or kids.
Not yet that I've seen. Maybe in 2014. The bowman is a pain in the a$$ to get on/off... Mostly concerned about scratching the fender in the process.
Seating position is very close to stock... If anything, it does push me forward a tiny bit. The curve in the back of the Mustang is more dramatic so you can't scoot back as much as you can on the stocker.
Ditto on those wheels! They're perfect with your bike.
I do like that Mustang seat you have with the removable backrest. As far as the rack and sissy bar, I can see where the clean/uncluttered look would be great, but where you gonna stick your trip bag?
24v, If it's not too much trouble, would you mind posting a closer shot of the detachable sissy bar so we can see the corner where you had to grind to mount without moving the turn signals. TIA
