breakout bike
the bike looked awesome and it sounded damned good on the road. it had plenty of power when he wanted to use it. he's taking it easy for his first 1000 miles(just over 700) to make sure the rings seat right and bearing brake in good.
I think the bike is great. well laid out and well designed. that fat assed rear tire stands out no matter where you are. the low and long stance looks great. if I had to start with a new bike I would pick that one myself. it has a great motor, a fat assed rear tire, the long and lean frame. I would bob it and cut all unneeded weight, then start on the motor!! I love them lite, lean and freaking mean!!!!
the breakout is a awesome starting point in my view.

people are going to **** and moan, **** and moan, **** and moan. I have built more drag cars from the age 12 to 39 than I simply car to talk !!!! 99.9%OF THE TIME IT ISN'T THE PARTS. IT IS THE ****ING BLOCK YOU STARTED WITH IF A MOTOR DOESN'T STAY TOGETHER!!!! I know I have 6 blocks and cranks still running 17 years after I sold them.i started with a block worth having. with a damned good block and 4340 forged steel cranks. the H-beam rod might have broke(not enough meat to polish in my book), but the I BEAM rods that where polished have never let anybody I sold a engine to down. they rebuild it every year, and go on to race.
we all know the big guys rebuild after every race. I like to be a mall guy man be it a car or a bike!!!
