Man the 518's look good, Im sure pictures don't do the bars justice.
Do the Wild 1 518's work with the stock cables, controls, riser, etc.....
If not, what needs to be replaced and how much longer ?
Much appreciated

Ron,
Nothing needs to be replaced or lengthened. The wires are long enough to complete internal wiring. I also recommend at least doing grips at the same time ... HD glues the left one.
I'd also have to say 518's. Very comfortable. Stock Heritage bars are ok, but are actually more comfortable on a Road King (Go figure) maybe because the RK seat is higher??
