Guys,
I'm currently in Iraq. I have ordered a 2007 FLSTC, which will be delivered when I get back. I'm adding passenger floorboards among other things. I'm also considering changing the bars. Does anyone have bars other than stock, which they consider more comfortable?
Thanks,
Depends on which way you feel is comfortable...up with Apes or down with beach bars. For me, I just added Wild 1 WO518s. Sorry I don't have updated PICS yet...just waiting until I get my project is totally completed.
I have the 10" Chubby Apes on my Heritage and I love them. Much more comfortable than stock. Looks so good with the wiring inside also. I Kinda wish I would of got 12" though. I think another 2 inches would of looked great but with these I kept the Stock Clutch cable and only had to Change the Throttle and Brake.
Congrats on your purchase and come home safe. I have an 01 Heritage that has stock 01 Fat Boy bars on it. I'm on the shorter side 5' 6 and find them to be very comfortable.
