So I started looking for a 23" tire today and all I can find is the Avon. Is this really the only option? Anyone know of anything else? I wanted to go with metzeler to match the rear880xl but i found nothing.

I found one of the vee rubber 23's and it looks like the tread pattern would look ok with the metzeler. Cheap on ebay. Is this a good size to go with?

Try and look if they have the same as Avon. I think it's 130/50/23

Oh and just a heads up. Vee rubber has a lot of mixed reviews. If you are doing a front fender I'd say go Avon.

I ordered the Avon 130/23 for my Bones, it's a little wider than the 120 so it will fill up your wide glide nicely. I have no idea what it's like, but reviews I read we're all positive.

good point. I better just go with an avon on the back. Im worse than a women when it comes to making up my mind. I changed my mind on the wheels the same day I ordered them. Good thing is I should have my other wheels tomorrow.

I here ya. That's why I didn't go 23 before. Couldn't handle different tires. Lol
If I go 23 I will go Avon, if I stay 21 I will try Elite 3 next.

Good news is this round of mods are almost done! Waiting for a couple more small things. Yippee !
