I've talked with him before and he was cool. But this time....totally different. I have never talked to anyone so high on their own **** in my life.
That's too bad that happened. I have nothing but good things to say about Rich. He screwed up once & made it right for me. When I got my Exile bars from Russell I had them sent to Rich to have them powder coated in gray, he had them done in a week doing them for free. Maybe business is too good for him & he's gotten cocky (it happens) but unfortunately that's when a business sees its demise by losing customers (your situation).

What were you planning to get from him?

Looks like you have 2 options. Lose the new seat or shotgun shock? You will be able to resell both. I would say make the decision once you have some time to think about the pros & cons of both. Option 3 is to save the shotgun shock & buy a second bike to put it on

Damn JoJo that sucks. Well, sucks for him...I'm sure it doesn't make a **** to you who gets your money as long as you get the service and product you want. By the way what were you getn from him? Cause if it was a seat........hey I know a guy who needs to get rid of one!

Very nice... The contrast of the Denim Black and Chrome really sets your bike off...
