OK, So I'm a Softail Owner

Recently sold my Glide (in sig pic) and just bought an 08 Heritage with 8400 miles on it...Haven't seen it yet, but will travel to New York next Monday and bring her home. After riding Touring platform bikes most of my adult life, it is time to buy something that fits a little better and after riding a Heritage most of the day last week, I was sold. These may be the second best kept secret in the HD family...Look forward to making many of your acquaintances and learning much here.

Your title makes it sound like you have some kid of STD!

I like the because of the looks only. It just reminds me of the old rigid frame. Same oil tank style too.

Welcome, your RG was awesome and looking forward to see what you do with the heritage. Seems a decent amount guys comming from the touring world to softails. When set up right I think the softails are just as good as the touring bikes one up and way more fun in town.
