I got a new pair of Milwaukee harness boots which has a large square toe compared to my old boots. Problem is there is so little room between the shift peg & the foot peg. I've done numereous searches & came to the conclusion there ain't a heel-toe shifter for a Deuce made by anybody. I'm thinking this longer shift lever may help such as this one. Such a pain in the *** finding parts for a Deuce!
dude, if you have a nice deuce then don't complain...I think they are one of Harley's great softails...one that shouldn't have been discontinued. I kinda wanted one but couldn't find one down here in good condition...so I opted for a new Fatboy. A good bike for sure. But the Deuce does have it's own class. You know this. Just keep lookin brother. I hope you find something that works. But I think boots sucks and Deuces rule...at the end of the day...get some more agreeable footwear...just saying.
edit to add: sometimes I forget, your deuce has forward controls...move one spline on the shaft and enjoy your great bike!!!
