Not sure what you are trying to say but if you mean the rear fender - it looks like a custom streched Fat Boy fender --- no idea on the seat

Pretty good looking spring seat too. As Midgard says, probably a custom stretched fender. Everyone you see seems to be a one-off.

Seat reminds me of one of the old Police bike seats and the fender looks like one of the tail dragger types made by people like Arlen Ness.

Question is who's looking at the fender ? Don't know about anyone else but my eyes were kinda drawn elsewhere.
