Default Lowered Deluxe back to stock

Hi Folks: I found a great buy on a 05 Deluxe with all the goodies. I was all set to pull the trigger until I found out it was lowered 1 inch. I'll find out tomorrow what technology was used. I'm short at 5'6", 30" inseam but wouldn't lower this bike since it sits so low OEM. How big a deal is it to return it to stock if I don't like the lowered ride?
Thanks,
Steve

If you like the bike I see no problem. No big deal to put it back to stock.

You can find stock "take off" shocks on eBay for very little $$$. 1" lower is a great look in my opinion and will help with your inseam.

Im 5'6'' also and always lower my bikes 2" front and rear which makes me flat footed at stop lights (no tippy toes for me). I thick you should try it out first before you decide to put it back to stock hight, plus they look way better lowered. It was probably lowered using blots so raising it back isn't a big deal. Good luck.

Pull the trigger you will like it 1" lowered - especially seeing that you are only 5'6"

that 1" is not going to make the ride harsh

An inch is almost nothing and hardly noticeable. You'll drop an extra inch with a full load of leather on and a full belly. It may even be just adjusted an inch lower (if it has that kind of slack).

Nothing work killing the deal for.

I wouldn't pass on a good deal for that. Buy it and see how it rides, you may like it. If not as above, no big deal to raise it back to stock.

Could just be a bolt on drop. Super simple to remove.
