This is the Protac backrest, I've tried a couple of others and a seat...I guess if this doesn'twork out I'll just have to get a bagger.....
I only have about 20 miles on the test run, we'll see how this one does after a long run.

I like my protac, but found it a little low even though they asked my height. I cut some stock and put it inside the holes in the brackets. This made me a little worried in terms of the bars slipping out of the brackets so I drilled and tapped holes in the brackets where the bars go into the holes/tubes and used allen screws to hold the bars in the tubes - wonder why they do not do this stock??
I had that thought about the alen screws also.
Iwas thinking that if I leaned forward and the pad caught on my pants it could pull out..easy fix, I suppose the downside is it wont quite as quick to detach..
