Default mounting a lics plate(custom)

Got a question maybe someone ones.

I have changed fenders on my train and the plate wont go back there anymore, heck I also shaved the swingarm of all brackets and just relized I need to hang my tag somewhere.

The idea in my head is to make a custom liscense bracket that will beshaped to fit over the rear sprocket and act as a chain guard but the thing is how much of the plate has to be visualable? I would like to center it over the chain, you see any issue with it?

-yes I converted from belt to a sprocket set up from HHI, when I am done I will post pics.

An axle mounted - side mountholder would work fine.
I don't have any brackets on my swingarm either.
