I've looked at this one before, but it says it will only fit 2004 and up. That would be so nice if it would fit on my 2003. I guess I'll ask the next time I visit a dealer.

That's what it says but the Bartells in LA says it works. I went in to buy it yesterday but they wouldnt match the price from another dealer so I'm going to wait and get it online. Double check with your dealer though. They may have a different opionion.
i just replaced my with part #74549-04. they had to do a locate nationwide for my 2004 deuce, the son in law said there were only 4 left in the states and i took one of them.

Surdykes has them online cheap. Have you ever heard of that dealer? They offer a minimum of 20% off of all genuine HD parts. If you want to get one online, that is the place to go.
Please keep me updated, if you get one and it fits without too much modding, that's the route I will go.
