I have the Vance and Hines Big Radius 2 into 2 and I also put the Big city Thunder Quiet Quality baffles up in them ... They give the Big Radius a lower tone than the stock baffles .. I recently just took the stock baffles and cut them in half and put them back in the ends of the pipes along with the QQ baffles and she sounds really good now.... Thanks to LIBERATER for that little tip .....
When I test drove one, it turned out to be a little shy on cornering clearance (the salesman told me not to worry about the parts I scraped), but otherwise I thought it was a very fine bike.
Don't care for the stock bars, tag location or on the bikes that aren't vivid black, the black oil tank. Fix those few things and I think it's a fantastic looking bike.
The thing about it for me is the CVO models was the PRO
And the standard Breakout was the CON
The std Breakout should be priced much lower , A 180 rear tire would have been just fine ,and they should have put a set of deuce tanks on it . This will be another short lived bike, it's ten years to late .
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Let's face it, who buys a Harley expecting not to spend additional money to make it thier own. I removed the baffles and I love the sound plus it woke it up a little. Yeah the kickstand sucks but I only use it when I'm not riding. It's a comfortable ride, handles really well, fat rear included without paying extra and everyone that sees it love it. As you can tell I am very happy with mine.
pro: new style harley.looks and rides great, even 2up with a few mods. con: kickstand sucks..stock headlight sucks.. tires are gonna be pricy...should have dual disc up front.
About that sloppy kick stand, put it on a jack and remove the screw on the top of the kick stand then remove and flip over the key lock thing that holds the stand in place , It will read this side down facing UP put screw back in . And all that sloppiness will be gone. This worked great for me.
