I'm looking at changing my pipes. I like the 2.75 tapered straights
from Hard Krome. Need some feedback from anyone who has these pipes or any pipes from Hard Krome for that matter. Are they good quality, do they have good performance etc...???
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Was also looking at thebig shots staggered from V&H.
I had hard kromes on my kawa meanstreak some years ago and loved them. Excellent quality and perfomance. They were a one piece design with a full heat shield. I think hard krome hasn't caught on so much with the hd crowd. I see them more on metrics. Not sure why this is but I had considered putting them on my springer a while back. I didn't because of the lack of feedback since nobody seems to run them. The sound was also great had a nice sputter and coughing to them. I sold the bike to a friend and still love the sound and after many thousand miles they still look great on there. I would definitely say based on my experience that they put out a great product. Sorry, no feedback on a harley but I hope this helps.
Had 3" Hard Krome's on my honda. Loved them. One piece heat sheild design, looked good, performance was good to. I would put them on my Harley, they were just more than I wanted to spend this time around.
