Harley issues recall for some '14 models...
Damn, that was fast... and it's of the "Do Not Ride" variety...

At least they are taking a quick action of the problem and not waiting for the government to mandate a recall or a death to correct the situation. It would suck though to have just bought a new bike and park it until the problem is rectified.
