Default Shotgun shock problems

I've had to send mine back 3 times now. has anyone had similar problems? I love the concept and when its working right its the best. JD is a stand up guy and never charges to repair but taking it off sending to cali and waiting for repair is getting old

Three times?
The Law of Averages says it's not the shock that's the problem...

i don't know? pretty simple install four bolts an airline and a plug. love to know what could be causing the problem. i put about 20,000 miles a year and use it a lot, but i don't feel like i abuse it. when i called nobody seemed surprised and told me they were changing to a different type of seal.

It's adjustable suspension, it will wear out just like anything with moving parts.

I just ordered mine yesterday. Seems like a great system. Was highly recommended by a few guys here and they haven't had any problems. Be interested to see if it is just the seals or what is going on.
