Great product, great customer service, and a lifetime guarantee... What more could one ask for? They are obviously doing everything in their power to make it right, and most people aren't having any issues at all. Just stick it out, because the end result will be you riding in comfort everywhere you go and looking cool everywhere you park. I'd say that's more then worth a few exchanges
Thanks JD for stepping up to help a fellow member, you are much more reasonable than some people who accused him of being the problem and not the product.
And OP, I hope this will be fixed, I understand your frustration, but hopefully when this is resolved you will be enjoying your bike, just remember, if it was not meant to be, ... it is not meant to be, and sometimes it is a good thing we miss a ride, no one knows what could have happened.
Many are satisfied with the product. Can't say I am yet because my SS is only 3 days old but enjoying it so far. But honestly I was the cool kid yesterday when I rode with friends.
I am sorry if you have bad luck on this product. Bad luck guys are everywhere. It just happen. But IMO, 60,000 miles of riding air ride on your bike? I dont think a bad luck.
WOW !!!! I would be concerned with that comment. Stock harley shocks are $300 not $1200-$1500.
I'm not sure that point is completely valid. The price of a stock Harley Davidson shock has no bearing whatsoever on the price of the shock in question. You are comparing apples and oranges. If you were comparing the stock shocks to similar aftermarket shocks that would be one thing, but I don't see how you can compare stock to the SS (for its features). The fact that it last a 1/3 of the time longer is a bonus.
No offense but I think that point is somewhat baseless.
