help - floorboard raising for the lady
Took the little lady on a 200mi shakedown ride on my new-to-me 2000 ST Heritage.
The wife is short, and she was uncomfortable.
specifically, her feet didn't reach the floorboards well enough, so the backs of her legs were hitting the bar around the bags, making it painful.
We are looking to RAISE the floorboards by ~2inches.
I called my local dealer, they said they have part for this, but would check aftermarket.
Some google searching revealed that "To raise passenger floorboards up 1 1/2 " use Harley Davidson brackets , part # 52713-91" but this is a discontinued part, i don't know how to find, or if it would really work..
Any tips/help would be appreciated, got to make her happy.
