I have had several requests for pictures of my front blinkers and my seats since I got them redone. The blinkers sit up tight next to the headlight. Pictures don't do them solid. Here they are rather than sending them out individually.

Can the blinkers be seen when used that close to the headlight? I almost think the glare from the headlight blocks out the flashing light. Nice looking bike all the way around.

Yea Dude, they can be seen. That's why I said the pictures don't do it any justice. They are LED so they are actually very bright when on, even in the daytime.

This would have been the only question I had, and it was asked/answered. The bike looks excellent.

Ok didn't know they were LED's. Still a great looking bike, bars look pretty clean.

Tony... congrats on that build. It looks excellent brother. Everything comes together smooth and flows great. I like the black and white you did on the seat to match the overall theme. I like everything about it.

My next project is to run the internal wires for throttle and clutch. Can you tell me a little on that and what you used. I have a hydraulic clutch and was wondering if you used Exile on the internal throttle and front brake? How about the clutch side? Did you have to shave off 4 inches on the bars? Looking for some help on the parts list.

Thanks... great looking scoot and no pictures ever do our bikes justice.

Looks so skinny & naked compared to my light bar/driving lights/signals train crossing set-up. Pretty cool.

One thing I think about when turn signals are mounted so close to the center of the bike is doesn't it become harder for other people to tell if you are turning right or left?

Prot, yzergod, As far as people seeing them? I'm pretty convinced they never see us no matter what we do!!! They are a far cry from none, trust me! I had limited options because I wanted to keep the front end clean and simple, thus, all internals in the bars. My headlight is always on so if they see a blinker on the right side of my headlight I can only hope they can figure out I'm turning right. That was also BEFORE I hit that deer too! Now I have to start thinking about new and more light, keeping what I have already invested in.

rockinred, I am not sure what all you have so I can only tell you what I have and what I used and why. I have always stayed with Harley or SE for various reasons. If it's not Harley then it is because Harley didn't make what I wanted or needed. I have the 14" 1.5" Carlini gangsters on there with the 1.5" bra riser. With those bars I only had to cut about 2" off of them to get the internal throttle to fit. Yes, I have the Exile internal throttle and I had to cut about an 1" off of that so that everything matched up. If you have different bars yours may very some. I also bought the Exile internal throttle cable too. I wasn't interested in trying to save a few bucks, getting another brand and not having it fit properly. The exhile internal throttle was 200.00 and the cable 50.00, worth every penny! I stayed with and used the front brake I already had on it and ran the brake fluid line through the bars. I got the Harley Hydraulic clutch handle and resevoir because it matched up to the opposite side and front brake set up that I already had on my bars. That ran me about another 200, 250 bucks. My stock 5 speed was pulled and replaced with a SE 6 speed. Because of that I wanted to stay with SE so I bought the Harley/SE side tranny cover because it had the SE 6 speed logo on it. That hit me for about another 300 bucks. If you went after market I am sure you could save some dollars there too.

I really like this set up. It is a very close race on what I like most, this set up or the suspension upgrades I have. I get many compliments on the bars and internals. The truth be known I doubt I would have apes unless I had the internal set up. I just never liked all those cables flopping around in the wind up front. I'm not knocking anyone who has that, it's just not for me. This entire bike I tried to keep clean and simple, at least looking simple. I think I pulled that look off pretty good, IMHO!!! If I missed anything or confused you shoot me a private message and I will try to help you out better. Good luck and keep me updated if you do decide to go ahead with it.

Good looking scoot there. My choice is to leave the heavy twin running lights/blinkers up front. Adds to the mass and I want to make damn sure everyone can see me coming. They say only one light up front, no matter how bright, looks further away or like a car with one head light out. I'm not willing to take that gamble since I ride in the pitch black early hour mornings so much.

Be a boring world, though, if all bikes looked the same, eh?
