I would tell you to follow the manufacturer's instructions printed on the side of the tire. Unless that is, you want to change to nitrogen... then I'd tell you to refer to the shop manual since most times, when we are told to get a shop manual, the relating info is never in there.

I would tell you and give you the info from the owners manual. I have 2 Dyna, 1 Touring and 1 Softail owner's manual at right here in the desk with the computer. No biggie to look something up for someone. I am already wasting time if I am up here on the computer anyway. I might give a smart *** answer to some meaningless opinion question or comment along with someone looking for personal validation in the interweb world. But if I can easily help with something technical, definitely do my best without busting their ***** about a manual.
But in any case, it's always best to fill tires with helium to keep weight down. Makes the bike faster. Always chain it to something when parked though, because you don't want it floatin' away. Many reported bike thefts are actually floaties.
I'd try give you some help, but first you'd need to tell me which of your three bikes you're talkin' about.

You forgot to give the option of "making **** of you". Although I would wonder or question should you be riding with a question like that should you be riding a motorcycle but having said that I would help you.
