With the Blackline dash and the CVO risers I think it would be very close, but might just sneak by.
I really like the look of that dash. The original plastic dash just looks too cheap.
You wrote the dash bolts right on. So you don't need no addtional parts? Did you have to install the risers to have enough clearance between the dash and the speedometer? And do you still know the P/N for the risers? (Dash is 71340-11, right?)

Man that looks awesome! I had wanted to do the same thing but I don't think it will end up looking as good on my black one, won't be enough contrast. I thought there was some kind of customization that had to be done to get the blackline dash to fit, move the upper mount or something like that? I could be thinking of something else though. That sure does look good on yer red, great job man.
