2006 fxsti
have a question last ride i noticed that my bike seemed to have a bearing type noise from rear. thought it may be rear wheel bearings. i put bike on jack removed rear caliper and spun rear wheel. i hear a whine type noise. I use my stethoscope and listen to bearings they are quite. So then i listen to trans by front pulley sprocket and i hear noise. My bike has 16k. Trans fluid is clear and full. What are the chances that the main shaft bearings is going bad? Is this a common issue with 5 sod trans? Or is this normal> thanks any help would be nice. belt tension seems good.
