Bent my bars and need some new ones. Any good installs that have better positioning? Don't want apes but have looked at trask bars and like them. What size are the bars i need?
Hi All. Been running Dunlop E3's front and rear on my 2014 BO (stock wheels). Thinking of switching to Avon Cobra's. What sizes, front and rear (max rear), are you Avon guys running ?
Thanx
On my Rocker (same size rear wheel) I am running Avon Cobra Chrome 260.

I think someone here used stock seat with Thunderbike rear fender. I need to search.
Very nice blacked out bike BTW..
Did you powder coated the Short Shots gloss black ? .... I did the Big Radius on my FXSB and it was holding up until a few days ago while I was in a trafficjam and the exhaust shields got less cooling from the wind, the coating melted approx 2inch from the front cylinder. The
rear was holding good so I need to coat it again after 2 years so to should be good but I was wondering what you did with yours.

Was unsure about the M8s but with the 'Twinkies' the ergonomics of the seat base is totally different to OEM. The seat is much longer and the front much narrower. Simplest solution is just buy the base and have one built to suit.
Just had a look on the Thunderbike site: It is possible however, on the M8 fenders it clearly states "For all fenders a new seat is needed or a big modification of the original must be done."

it took me 3 times to get it done right !!! It was an insane pain in the *** . The final shop I used said they used “high heat” pc but they wouldn’t tell me the product . And they charged me waaaaay too much . They knew how bad I needed it lol

and for the record the finish gets “foggy” patches when the bikes hot . But goes back to good when it cools down
