1993 Softail Heritage

My bike is dying on me when ever it feels like it. I can test the control module but I need to disconnect the V.O.E.S. (Vacuum Operated Electricla Switch) Can anyone tell me where that V.O.E.S. is located on this model bike? 1993 Harley Softail Heritage Classic.

it should be located at the ignition module, and should look like this:
