Default Just order 39" Cholos

Just ordered 39" cholos.. all of you with them on the forum have made me jealous so i had to pull the trigger. Softail Deluxe 1 Wallet 0 haha.. anyways i have concerns after thinking about it... my bike is still stock ride height will have issues scraping my drive way has a pretty steep incline off the road and im now thinking i may have an issues getting the bike just onto the street. Anyone have insight that can maybe reassure me that ill be fine?

Thanks!

Yes you will probably scrape, I have the 36in mufflers and I have to air my shotgun all the way up not to scrape my 6 inch by 45 deg. lip at the bottom of my drive.

You shoulda just kept the 39's, they look much better on a Deluxe. I had problems scraping my 39's when I would leave my driveway, but I figured out the exit angle and now have no problems. And my rear is lowered about 2", so a Deluxe riding stock height should be fine. These pipes are gonna scrape no matter what size you choose, but the good thing is that you will NEVER see the results unless you have your bike on a lift and you're laying on the ground looking up.

Enjoy your purchase, cuz these pipes are BADAZZZZ!!!! Did you go baffled, un-baffled, or removable tips?

I have 39's on my other softail and I never scraped. On the heritage I have 36 non baffled and just ordered 36 baffled. At first the 36's on the heritage would scrape with my wife on the back but once we got the suspension adjusted we didn't scraped anymore.

Definitely have to raise my bike to max height not to scrape on my driveway with 39's. Kinda of a hassle but they sure do look sweet

Still waiting on my 36" minis I ordered in October ! They said they should ship next week! With the holidays I'm still skeptical, I keep telling myself they will be worth it.

Scootluver your rear fender looks amazing! Did you stretch it yourself or have someone do it for you?
