A while ago brousing the internet I ran across a company that for like $200 you could get chrome fork legs and you send them your stock one as like a core. does anyone have any idea who might do this. I cant seem to find it again, guess I should have book marked it
I don't know the answer to your question, & with an 07 this won't apply to you, but for those who have a bike that is still under the factory warranty & have a few pits on your forks, you can have them replaced with the chrome ones for about the same money.
I know a shop back home does this with primary covers and it might be worth the call to find out if they do forks also. Rats Whole Place is the shop name in Decatur, IL. I am thinking of sending my covers back to them if it is cheaper.
