Requesting some pics of custom seats from those who have had theirs re-covered, custom stitched, etc. If you would, please indicate which seat it is as well.............lepara, corbin, mustang, etc.
Ive been kicking an idea around, but tend to argue with myself. Would like to see what some of you guys have done.
I stayed with my stock seats but I had them reworked. I had 1.5" of the old padding cut out of it and replaced with with 1" of the gel foam. I did that to 3 of the 4 seats that I have and both backrests. I then finished it in black and white to match my bike. I couldn't be more happier, I could watch the progress, make changes mid way through if I had to, which I didn't and was there to match up the colors. I didn't know there were so many shades of white! I think it came out excellent too and it is SO comfy. That gel foam is some magical $hit!
