300 is something I don't know about on a softail but an offset transmission pulley is used for wide tire kits along with a wider swing arm.
We do 300 kits for VROD and they consist of a wider swingarm, a wheel designed to fit that swingarm, the offset transmission pulley and assorted hardware and such. The widest kit I know of for a softail off the shelf is the Heartland two five o kit.
