I did the Hawg Halter upgrade to mine. I think is handles better but I put a 21x130mm on at the same time. If you want a HH you can order it, and I'll carry it over on one of my trips. I'm in the UK 4-5 times per year.
Haven't really noticed a difference in handling besides being more stable at higher speed (this is because of the neck bearings tho) front end doesn't turn as far lock to lock but it's not a big difference.

Underwood hawghalters got 3 and 5 degree trees. Call them up and let them know what size wheel/tire combo you're running and see what the recommend. I contacted them couple times seems like good people.
