Default Really? A bagger?

I have been riding a bagger (street glides and road kings) and really like the bikes. Had to sell that last one I owned (RK) due to health problems. I recovered and the wife and I decided it was time to get back in the saddle. Looked at finances and decided to go with a 2013 Fatboy Lo. Well, six months later and things financially are better and decided to get back on a bagger.
Road to 14 street glide and road king and didn't like the ride anymore after being on the Fatboy. Guess I'm stuck..huh...lol.

The handling and tightness of the soft tail is so much better....not to mention that you sit lower into the bike and closer to the road (lower center of gravity).

I rode my Sportster 1200C for five years before trading it in. My finances last year allowed me to get a Touring model, but I chose a Softail. I think the ride on both Touring and Softail's are great, but there was something about the Softail that I liked more.

My friends keep trying to talk me into a Bagger, but I like my 2005 Fat Boy...May consider upgrading to a 2014/15 Fat Boy, I like that 103 motor and six speed transmission, we'll see...

I have both. They each serve a purpose.

My wife loves the ride and comfort of the Touring bike, I love the fit and balance of the Softail. If there was one perfect bike, that would be the only model in the showroom.

I have both also. Love riding the evo softail by myself but when riding double and loaded up for 600 mile days the ultra is much easier on the body.

Another vote here for both, I mostly ride solo but even with that, longer rides are for the street glide and whipping around town is more fun on the softy.
