what does your back and neck say. had a 12 inch height on my last bike, that was plenty. but when i got on my fb lo and the bars were way low, i knew that was much better for me. although i am switching the bars cause i don't like my hands being so far apart, i think i'm just over having my shoulders hurt at the end of a 300 mile trip. it's what feels best to you. find someone with a setup similar to what you want and sit on it.
I have road6 customs on my super glide and never had a problem. most people pay for a name. I worked down the street from a canning company, they had 133 labels, all using the same vegetables, but all costing different prices

BR builds his bars from scratch. You pick the bars diameter, the diameter of the clamping area (which can be different than the rest of the bar), the width of the clamping area (which in my case is extremely handy because I can run a 1.5" bar with a 1-1/4" clamping area and make that clamping area just wide enough that I can still keep my stock risers and Freight Train Nacelle cover while running thicker bars). Anything you want.... he will make. I know I'd pay extra for originality and the ability to make your bike your own.
yep, I'd agree with that! every bit does help. point well taken
