It pretty well has to be between the 30 amp circuit breaker and the ignition switch. Or between the ignition switch and the fuses. Otherwise it would be blowing fuses instead of the breaker. I would guess you have a short somewhere in the wiring from the breaker to the fuses, or in the ignition swtich itself.
I just checked the wires from the ignition switch and all the wires seem to be good wires. I tighten the screws and everything seemed to be in good working order
Do you have an idea of why the bike ran well when it was cold outside vs when it was hot? I feel if it were some kind of wire shorting and grounding out it would happen regardless of temperature. Just an observation, what do you think?

Mine was not tripping any breaker, just died once it warmed up. Would let it sit a few minutes and cool down and it would fire right back up and run good until it got hot again.
Long story short, Crane Cams dual coil came into had it bolted on and was connecting the wires to the two post and one of the post sheared completely off so in a frantic/pissed moment called local are shops to see if they had any coils. HD had a stock coil so I ran up there bought for 55 vs the 120 I paid for the Crane coil. Slapped it on the bike, rode the same ride I've been saying (highway at 70 mph for about 30 mins) got back to the house with no problems. The temp outside was fairly hot, 80 degrees and the oil temp got to about 185 on the dipstick thermometer. You would think if it was something other than the coil it would have happened again today but after replacing the coil and it running well, I would hope that I have solved the problem. Trust me though, if I haven't I will post again haha. Thanks for all the help guys!
